Stalls, RVs are to be RESERVED and PAID ONLINE to be HELD!!!!  IF NOT PAID WILL BE DELETED WITHIN 24 hrs after entries Open.

Shavings can be purchased online and if they are purchased prior to pre entry deadline will be in your stall upon arrival.  We encourage everyone to do this to help with workload.

Pre Draw entries will close at 10 pm on September 2nd MUST BE PAID to be in PreDraw 

Pre Draw will be POSTED by noon on September 5th

Late Entries will Open when pre draw is posted

Stall Assignments will be posted ONLINE, fb and at event

RV spots will be assigned and posted online, fb and at event

TIE OUTS ARE NOT ALLOWED UNLESS Stalls Sell Out
