Stalls, RVs are to be RESERVED and PAID ONLINE to be HELD!!!!  IF NOT PAID WILL BE DELETED WITHIN 24 hrs after entries Open.

Shavings can be purchased online and if they are purchased prior to pre entry deadline will be in your stall upon arrival.  We encourage everyone to do this to help with workload.

Pre Draw entries will close at midnight on September 3rd MUST BE PAID to be in PreDraw 

Pre Draw will be POSTED by 6 pm September 7th

Late Entries will Open when pre draw is posted

Stall Assignments will be posted ONLINE, fb and at event

RV spots will be assigned and posted online, fb and at event
